Basics
What does Fitted do?
It finds jobs worth your time and scores each against your whole career, rewrites your resume for each one from your own experience, fills the application in your browser, and keeps track of every posting until you hear back.
How do I get in?
Join the waitlist. Fitted is letting people in a few at a time; you'll get an invitation by email, and a short setup wizard takes it from there.
Applying
Does it apply without me?
No. Fitted fills the form and stops. Nothing is ever submitted until you press Submit yourself, and nothing is sent from your email.
How does it fill applications?
With the Fitted browser extension for Chrome and Edge, free from the Chrome Web Store. On an application page, click Fitted and press Fill: your details, saved answers and the tailored resume go in, dropdowns are chosen from what they offer, and anything only you can answer is listed for you. It never presses Submit.
Which job sites does it work with?
It reads jobs from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday directly, most company careers pages, and LinkedIn and Indeed through your own signed-in browser. The extension fills Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby forms — including ones embedded in company sites — and most other application forms.
What about questions it can't answer?
They're left blank and listed for you — essays, consent boxes, custom pickers, anything not in your profile or saved answers. Fitted doesn't guess.
Can Fitted update my job statuses from my email?
Yes. Connect Gmail (read-only) or forward job emails to your own Fitted address. A confirmation email marks the job applied; interviews, rejections and offers are suggested for you to confirm with one press; LinkedIn and Indeed alerts become jobs. Only each email's sender, subject and date are kept.
Your resume
Will it exaggerate my experience?
It can't. A tailored resume can only reword and reorder what's already in your profile; a new number, title, skill or employer is refused before you see it. If you want something on a resume, you add it to your profile yourself.
It says I'm missing a keyword I actually have.
Press the keyword under the tailored resume and tick the lines in your profile that show it. It counts from then on, for every job, and a rewrite can use the word in those lines.
Can I use more than one resume?
Yes — upload every version. Fitted merges them into one profile and adds only what's new, so each application can draw on your best wording of your best work.
Community
Can recruiters find me?
Only if you choose. Publish your page and turn on List me in the directory, and verified recruiters and members can find you. Your current employer never can, nor any company you hide from. Recruiters see your email only if you accept their introduction.
How do referrals work?
Members offer to refer at their company. Ask one with the job and a short note; if they accept, you both get each other's email and they get your resume for that job. Five asks a week.
Where do company insights come from?
From members' own results — who heard back, interviewed or heard nothing. A figure appears only when at least five members are behind it, and notes are shown without names.
Privacy
Where does my data live, and who sees it?
In Fitted's own database, visible only to you unless you publish your public page — which shows only what you choose. It isn't sold, and isn't used to train anyone's models. You can export or delete everything from your account.
What can the extension see?
Only the tab where you click it, and only when you press one of its buttons. It asks for a site's permission the first time you press Fill there. It doesn't read your browsing history or other tabs.
Plans
I'm a recruiter. How do I join?
Apply on the For recruiters page with your work email. Once we've checked it, you'll get an invitation; search is open, and introductions are included in the Recruiter plan after a free trial.
What does it cost?
Free gives you 15 job scores and 3 tailored resumes a month. Pro is $19 a month for 300 job scores and 60 tailored resumes. Cancel any time.
